This Weekend's Irish National Hunt Tips at Kilbeggan
A lightly race mare for the age of eight this horse has some very decent maiden hurdle form in the book through last winter having run well behind the likes of Lisnagar Fortune and Mercurey to name just two.
She has an official rating of 110 and has placed off 109 at Clonmel earlier this year. I suspect the market will underestimate her and I can see her putting her experience to good use and under a positive front running ride and she should be hard to peg back!
Still a maiden after 14 starts this Walk In The Park mare will hopefully break her duck here for Aidan Howard and JP McManus. In her 14 starts to date she has managed to get in amongst the places on four occasions including over course and distance off just 1lb lower.
This is a very unique track and I hope that the liking that she showed for the place a couple of starts back will be evident again and she can go a couple of places better under Aidan Kelly who is absolutely stealing 5lbs with his claim.
This horse is a multiple course winner over hurdles and fences and always saves his best for this track. He has a couple of decent runs to his name so far this season winning once over hurdles as well as being narrowly touched off here over fences by The Dasher Conway who has placed on all three of his runs since as well as the 5th and 6th that day have both won since.
He runs here off the same mark, and I think once again he will be underestimated and outrun his odds.
