Shay Given's Premier League Predictions
Here's CopyBet brand ambassador Shay Given to share four of his best bets for the weekend's action, an accumulator that would return at odds of 66/1!
I was at Newcastle's game in midweek against Chelsea in the Carabao Cup and they played really well. Isak scored again so his confidence will be back up.
But Arsenal are still fighting hard to stay in the title race and now that they're five points behind Manchester City they can't really afford to drop any more points in this one. I think they will though.
I can see it being an entertaining game with both teams taking a share of the spoils.
Great result the other day for Wolves when they snatched a late point away at Brighton. That could give them a huge boost and maybe we'll start to see the tide turning for Gary O'Neil and his boys.
Palace also got a much needed positive result last time out when they beat Spurs, so both sides will have a bit more of a spring in their step for this one.
Wolves haven't won in eight or nine games but I'll tip that run to come to an end in this one in what I can see being a low scoring match.
Contrasting results in the cup in midweek for these two sides. Chelsea were dumped out by Newcastle while Man United ran out emphatic winners against Leicester City.
So United's tails will be up, especially with the news that Ruben Amorin is looking likely to be installed as their new manager in the next few weeks.
But I still think Chelsea will have enough to go to Old Trafford and get a result. So it's a high scoring draw for me in this one.
There's just a point separating these two sides in the table at the moment, with Brentford in ninth and Fulham in 10th and I think it'll be a tight game between two very well organised sides.
When two teams are as closely matched as these two are I often see home advantage as being the key factor and that's why I'm backing Fulham to sneak the win in this one.
