Newcastle’s away record has been poor this season. Their win over Sunderland in the last round was their first win on the road in eight matches. Their opponents are averaging two goals per game in those nine away matches.

Marseille are five points behind Monaco in the race for a Champions League spot, so this is a golden opportunity for them to cut the gap. Both teams to score has won in four of Marseille’s last five matches. They were beaten 3-2 by Monaco earlier in the season and their last meeting at this ground finished 1-1.
