This horse was a real impressive winner of this race two years ago before injury kept him from defending his crown last year. It's a simple case of he's by far the best horse in the race and that's and indisputable fact.

He's a horse that never does too much in front so he may look workmanlike in a finish, but he has more ability than all of his rivals put together and Ryan Moore won't make the same mistake here as he did on Champions Day last year when he got mugged after hitting the front a mile too soon.

A promising run when second on debut at the Curragh meant he was pitched into a Listed race on his next start, and he bolted up beating a subsequent Group Three winner almost four lengths in the process.

As all the O'Brien horses do, he looks sure to take a big step forward again and if he does his rivals won't see which way he went. He rates as a very strong bet.

He comes here having only had five career runs to date and thoroughly unexposed. He ran a very good race at Naas last time in what I believe was a very competitive race for the grade and will throw up plenty winners.

He's a horse on the upgrade and I think he is a very fair price for an each-way bet. I'd be disappointed if he can't make his presence felt and get in the shake-up at the business end.
