RACING LEE'S THURSDAY PUNCHESTOWN TIPS
He was much the best in the Arkle at Cheltenham when sauntering home. He beat Found A Fifty and Il Etait Temps, both who have won Grade Ones since at Aintree.
He prefers going this way around and should take this with ease.
Missing Aintree maybe a blessing, having won the Stayers Hurdle at Cheltenham well and reportedly working well at home, I expect Teahupoo to take some beating with the rain due and a light campaign this season to help.
He has been off for a long time, but his yard is going well with recent runners and can get them fit. He comes in here off a low mark and was competing in fair races on the flat when last seen.
He’s a few pounds lower than his latest hurdle run, and I expect he may be over-looked for preference of this with recent form.
