Goodwood – NOBLE DYNASTY

One of the likely market leaders Kinross is going for a third win in this race. But I’m taking the lightly raced Noble Dynasty to improve past him. He’s a seven-time winner from 13 starts. He has had two runs this season since returning to home shores and produced a solid display to beat the re-opposing English Oak on first run back.

He gave 15 pounds and a two-length beating, and now meets on level terms. Last time out he beat a solid yardstick in Nostrum in a Group Three over this trip.

He has plenty to like about him.

NEXT BEST:

Goodwood – AN OUTLAW’S GRACE

Plenty of unexposed types, but the selection has more to give. Fairly bolted up on debut, he was an eye-catcher all the way for that Sailsbury win. He powered to the line to win it well, before running in a Group Two at Chantilly last time out. The winner was Arabie, who had won a Group Three prior to that, the second was favourite for Royal Ascot having been a previous winner and the race looks strong enough.

An Outlaw’s Grace was outpaced and stayed on in that Group Two over six furlongs, and this step up to seven furlongs looks likely to suit.

LONG SHOT:

Goodwood – TONY MONTANA

Tue 30 July, 13:50

BET NOW

Enfjaar looks a worthy opponent once again, but Tony Montana may gun them down late on. He has steadily improved with time, being a winner with the Gosden’s, and now a dual winner with Michael Bell.

He ran a solid race last time out when staying on at York off a pound lower in the John Smith’s Cup and now meets the winner, Enfjaar, on five-pound better terms for that two-and-a-quarter length defeat.

He looks a good each-way play away from the top of the market.
