Olympiacos Piraeus vs Fiorentina - Wed 29 May, 20:00

Double chance – Fiorentina or draw (90 Mins)

Fiorentina are favourites to banish the memories of last season when they were beaten finalists in this competition. Confidence will be high coming into this tie unbeaten in their last 13 European fixtures including every Europa Conference League game since qualifying for the group stages.

I’m taking the safety net of double chance here given that six of those matches ended all square and Olympiacos will be a tough nut to crack. The Greeks coach José Luis Mendilibar guided Sevilla to Europa League success last season so knows his way around big European nights. With Athens' AEK Arena the venue for the final Olympiacos will also be on familiar territory.

Both Teams to Score – Yes (90 mins)

Bet now

In what looks like being a tight competitive final getting both teams to score on side seems a shrewd play. La Viola have scored in 10 of their 12 games in this competition since qualifying for the group stages.

Six of their last eight ties have seen both teams feature on the scoresheet. Olympiakos dropped into the Europa Conference League after their elimination from the Europa League at the group stage. Since doing so they have only failed to score once and that coming in the 2nd leg of their quarter final with Fenerbahce after winning the 1st leg 3-2. Both teams have scored in four of their last six outings in this competition.

Team Corners – Fiorentina Over 3.5 (2nd half)

Bet now

Fiorentina have dominated the corner count in 13 of their 14 Europa Conference League ties this campaign. It is no surprise to see they have taken the most flag kicks of any side since the group stages begun with 87. That is 10 more than closest rivals Aston Villa and 25 more than Club Brugge back in third. Of those corners 49 have come in the second half at an average of 4.08.

The Italians have hit at least four in four of their last five games in this competition including each of their last three. To draw a direct comparison when Aston Villa visited Olympiakos in the second leg of their semi-final the English side took five corners after the interval.
